Post-Course Survey How well did this Course speak to my biggest challenge? Very well--It really resonated with my experience. Pretty well--I can see the potential of exploring this pathway. Not Much--It was difficult for me to connect with the material. Not at all--I didn't see how the tools related to me. Other How often were you able to feel peace this week? Almost constantly--I felt a much stronger sense of connection. Daily--in Practice as well as other times in my day. I felt peace when I was practicing with my Course tools. I did not notice a difference in the amount of peace I was able to feel. What part of this Mini-Course did I use most? The Daily Practice combination of present-moment check-in, fitness, yoga & meditation.
