A Brand New Way to Experience Fitness Your Mini-Course includes two 50-minute Daily Practice sessions incorporating fitness, yoga, and meditation. Typically, people consider cardio to be about burning calories. At Lifehousefit, cardio is so much more--even an essential element of a daily mindfulness practice. We use strong movements and deliberate exhales to release emotions and energy that are not serving us. The physical release we can attain through breath and intense cardio movement creates space inside us. We clear our minds and become a blank canvas, the Zen empty cup.

A Framework for Guided Meditation We also use yoga, pilates, and guided meditation in each Daily Practice to invite a Higher Power into our hearts and minds. Our breath is the vehicle that carries us inward, where we can find peace, rest, and guidance, regardless of our situation. Our Guided Meditations are offered in context of a 12-step inspired framework of healing principles. At Lifehousefit, we offer you more than a few minutes of peace and quiet. With each Daily Practice, we invite you on a progressive, lifelong journey to peel back the layers of your subconscious mind and discover your Highest Self.

Walking Meditations In addition to our formal 50-minute Daily Practice, your FREE Mini-Course also includes two 20-minute walking meditations. Walking Meditations also reinforce Course concepts and offer you another way to connect into the body to explore healing principles.

Journaling Prompts Journaling is yet another way to uncover your inner world. Journaling prompts coincide with each concept we teach, giving you space and time to process thoughts, emotions, and impressions that come up through your practice. Discover the power of the written word--when you put pen to paper, you solidify and internalize new ideas. You give shape to your progress.
