A Personalized Meditation & Mindfulness Practice Many people dabble in formal meditation and mindfulness without ever understanding the why behind their actions. At Body Soul School, every tool is framed by our primary purpose: to deepen our level of consciousness. With a consistent practice that fits your lifestyle and attention span, you'll unlock healthier choices in practical ways that pay real dividends.

A Trauma-Informed Lens to Explore Your Relationship with Food, Body, Exercise, Mindset & Self-Talk At Body Soul School, we offer what most health & wellness programs don't - the holistic perspective to heal the mindsets that have kept you from achieving your goals in the past. By bringing a kind, curious attention to the way we interact with food, exercise, body image, and self-concept, we can uncover our subconscious blocks. Through guided meditation, we can heal the wounds of our past.

A Customized Mindful Eating Framework We focus on Mindful Eating and common sense nutrition as the foundation of our interactions with food. Training modules and personal feedback will help you create a long-term nutrition framework that is reasonable, aligned with your lifestyle, and mindful of the coping strategies that have kept you stuck in the past.

Consistent and Customizable Exercise Your Challenge includes a commitment to 4-days of exercise each week. You'll be encouraged to create a customized plan that utilizes our resources, including: Interval workouts, Pilates, Yoga, Toning, and simple walking meditations. With the wide variety of options for every fitness level, your commitment to exercise becomes do-able. You'll learn to move in your body from a place of love and nurturance, rather than shame, should's, and punishment.

3 Live Zoom Calls (LIVE LAUNCH ONLY) For our Live Launch option (which runs once each year), we'll meet 3 times live on Zoom, including a book club to share and discuss Women, Food and God by Geneen Roth. The core concepts of this brilliant book are relevant to all aspects of this Challenge, and can help illuminate your unconscious coping strategies overall: in food, exercise, sex, sleep, work, and relationships.

One Private Mentoring Session (LIVE LAUNCH ONLY) As part of your LIVE LAUNCH 60-day Challenge, you'll receive one 60-minute private mentoring session with Becky. Becky mentors through the Body-Soul Method: using trauma-informed, embodied cues to help you deepen your own awareness of the traumas and beliefs you're still carrying, and guiding you toward the tools that can help you release them. (Self-guided participants may also request a private mentoring session with Becky once enrolled @$150 per 90-minute session).

Dress to Express Yourself Have you ever considered that what you wear each day is an expression of who you are and the energy you bring to the moment? Our fashion expert Lisa Blair is a walking inspiration of self-love, playfulness, and embodied freedom in dress and appearance. Her energy is contagious and you'll feel it in her teaching module on getting dressed each day. For an additional fee, you can even go on a shopping excursion with Lisa and have her help in expanding your wardrobe and learning to harness your authentic self-expression.

Guided Meditation & Focused Self-Talk Our final teaching modules deepen your level of presence through daily guided meditation and focused self-talk. This is where you solidify your deepest transformation with all the self-awareness you've gained through the previous modules. Our specific technique optimizes your brain's potential for neuroplasticity, allowing you to finally release your old patterns and step confidently into your Highest Self.

"My Body & Soul Freedom Framework" Your Body & Soul Freedom Framework is the capstone of your Challenge: a document to encapsulate the mindsets you've uncovered, the limiting beliefs and past traumas you've released, the nutritional guidelines you're committed to, and a sustainable plan for regular movement and meditation. Your Body & Soul Freedom Framework can become a life-changing roadmap moving forward. LIVE LAUNCH participants will meet LIVE on Zoom to share this document. Self-guided participants will email this document to Becky for feedback, encouragement, and celebration.

What will I gain from participating in this Challenge?

This Challenge is unique from other approaches because its main objective is to deepen your level of consciousness. Our foundation is the fact that whatever you bring consciousness to, you bring alignment to. So as you observe and bring mindfulness to your embodied behaviors with food, exercise, sex and sleep, you will gain more awareness of the underlying motivations and coping strategies behind the places you’ve been stuck or misaligned. With both compassion and total ownership, right-aligned beliefs become right-aligned behaviors for long-term, sustainable change without stress or striving, that will deepen your consciousness and freedom in every aspect of your life. You’ll leave this Challenge with your own Body-Soul Freedom Framework that encapsulates bottom-line behaviors, core belief reframes, and trauma toolkits for past experiences that you’re still working with.

Do I have to be in the Salem, UT area to participate in the Challenge?

No, you don’t have to be local to join the Challenge. Each week’s training module will be delivered online and our online workouts are also available for replay at your convenience. Your Individual Mentoring session with Becky can also be done online.

What type of exercise commitment is involved?

You will make your own Baseline Exercise Commitment for the challenge. You can choose to track formal workout sessions, number of steps, or any other behavior that is meaningful to you.

What exercise resources do you provide?

We provide access to our library of guided walking meditations which you can use daily to reinforce the Body & Soul concepts and get more steps in. Additionally one of your training modules will focus specifically on somatic movement and includes a library of 25-30 minute exercise and meditation sessions, including pilates, toning, yoga, and interval training. Each week, you’ll check in with the Group to share your exercise commitment and report on whether or not you met it.

What nutrition resources do you provide?

We provide the Body Soul School Conscious Eating Guidelines as a baseline for your customized Mindful Eating plan. You’ll create your own plan and submit to Becky for review and feedback if desired. Each week, you’ll share your specific nutrition commitments with the Group and report on whether or not you met them.

What meditation resources do you provide?

We provide a library of guided walking meditations and seated meditations to reinforce Body & Soul concepts of mindfulness, healing, and wellness. Additionally, almost all of the weekly training modules will touch on aspects of meditation and mindfulness.

How does the individual mentoring session work?

Individual Mentoring sessions are only included in the LIVE LAUNCH CHALLENGE. In WEEK 8, you’ll prepare for your session in your Module Content and schedule your session with Becky through her scheduling link. SELF-GUIDED CHALLENGE participants can also request an individual session with Becky for $150 for 90-minutes.
